Hostop - Select Hospital Smartly

Situation

We came across the concept of Hostop which is the concept of creating an app which provides the facility of booking an appointment with doctor, chatting with hospital. They needed the app to achieve the goals of providing seamless services to find the right doctor for the patients and provide appointments through the portal along with facilities to consult virtually.

Challenge

B2C Info solutions were facing a host of issues in several different areas. So the challenge is to create an app which can run across as many devices as possible. Countless mobile platforms have different limitations based on screen sizes, OS requirements, embedded technologies, pixel intensities etc. However, it’s not only about the devices. We also need to consider the OS as well. IOS, Android and Windows – each of these three main systems has its own UI objects and patterns. Along with this the need for mobile app content is ever growing. The call of the hour is to include rich content – videos, images, animations etc which is self explanatory. Then considering all the challenges we came up with the design and that got approved by the providers.

Solution

After conducting an extensive discovery session, we developed a user friendly app which is self explanatory app and that meets the goals while offering more streamlined experience for potential patients. We came up with the Android and IOS Applications by covering the 3 panels which are Patients, Admin and Hospital. We came up with the idea of Hospitals directory which has the detailed description & direct online access to the hospitals of NCR. Here we have the options of choosing the services as per the patients needs. Along with this the chat facility with hospital is covered under the Hospital panel. Here patients can also book their appointment in advance.

Our Vision came into the right direction by developing the app in hybrid technology with the secure prototype with the following features.

  • Fully responsive, It gives screens more liquidity and thus can be adjusted to suit different formats and various screen sizes and easy-to-use by prospects .

  • Overhauling app with new design that matched the energy and modern essence of Hospot’s brand by providing transparency and reliability.

  • Building App architecture by bringing more tangible interactions like titling, shaking and flipping into play, which allow the app to respond to position, direction and environment of the device and trigger some action.

  • Mobile Content Management solutions by optimizing bandwidth usage and delivering the content reliably.

Result

Finally the app is live now with a fresh user experience that not only opened up Hostop’s portfolio to prospective users but also augmented their app with creative implementation by aiming to bridge the gap between patients and hospitals.
